You can cancel your Terrier School subscription from inside your customer account.

Step 1: Log in to your account

Go to the Terrier School login page and sign in using the email address you used when you joined.

Step 2: Open your billing information

Once logged in, go to your account area and open Billing Info.

This is where your active subscriptions and payment details are managed.

Step 3: Find your active subscription

Look for your Terrier School community subscription in your billing area.

Step 4: Cancel the subscription

Select the cancellation option for that subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Once cancelled, future recurring payments for that subscription will stop.

If you paid with PayPal

If your subscription was set up through PayPal, you may be redirected to PayPal to complete the cancellation.

Follow the PayPal prompts to cancel the recurring payment there.

Important notes

• Cancelling stops future payments.

• Cancelling does not automatically refund previous payments.

• Your access may continue until the end of your current billing period.

• If you cannot see the cancellation option, contact us and we’ll help you.
