Terrier School Limited
1 ) Online Training
a. Cooling off period and cancellation
All purchased online training courses and coaching are subject to a 14 day cooling off period and will be fully refunded within that time, up until the course or coaching commences at which time no refunds will offered.
All clients have full control from their account to cancel subscription payments at any time and reminder emails are sent 7 days before free trials end, refunds for late cancellations will therefore not be offered.
b. Attendance and Booking
Once onlineĀ coaching calls have been paid for it is the clients responsibility toĀ schedule and/or attend those calls. Every effort will be made to help clients remember to take all their paid forĀ coaching calls but if they are not booked within the relevant billing period, refunds will not be given and will only be rolled over at the discretion of Terrier School Ltd.
If Terrier School Ltd has to cancel a coaching callĀ for unforeseen circumstances then the client will be credited with a further session at no additional cost. Coaching callsĀ scheduled and not attended by the client will be credited at the discretion of Terrier School Ltd on a case by case basis.
Coaching calls can be rescheduled anytime by clients with 24hrs notice within the booking system.
c. Conduct within coaching calls
Terrier School Ltd reserves the right to remove clients who are poorly behaved or abusive to anyone on the call, within support groups or communities or their dogs from current and future training with Terrier School. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
d. Owner responsibility
Owners are responsible for their dogs behaviour at all times. Terrier School Ltd is not responsible for any damage, injury or distress caused by or to your dog during training that you are undertaking as part of an online program.Ā
e. Removal from coaching or training
Terrier School ltd reserves the right to remove any client or dog from training if they feel the mental or physical health of thatĀ individual is being compromised by the training. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis at the discretion of Terrier School Ltd.
2) In Person Training
a. Cooling off period
All purchased training courses and coaching are subject to a 14 day cooling off period and will be fully refunded within that time, up until the course or coaching commences at which time no refunds will offered.
b. Attendance and Booking
Once dates have been arranged between the client and Terrier School Ltd they may be rearranged with 14 days notice if it is a one to one booking. Group coaching dates can not be rearranged by the client for any reason, although if they are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances then Terrier School Ltd will make every effort to offer them a place on the next available group coaching course. Refunds will not be given after the 14 day cooling off period has passed.
c. Conduct withinĀ in person training and associated online coaching calls
Terrier School Ltd reserves the right to remove clients who are poorly behaved or abusive to anyone on the call, within support groups or communities or their dogs from current and future training with Terrier School. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
d. Owner responsibility
Owners are responsible for their dogs behaviour at all times on in person training sessions and Terrier School Ltd is not responsible for any damage, injury or distress caused by your dog during these sessions. Should a trainer for Terrier School Ltd take direct control of your dog then relevant insurance is in place to cover all circumstances that may occur.
e. Removal from coaching or training
Terrier School ltd reserves the right to remove any client or dog from training if they feel the mental or physical health of thatĀ individualĀ is being compromised by the training. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis at the discretion of Terrier School Ltd.
f. Training Environment
Terrier School makes every effort to provide a safe training environment but all training is undertaken at your own risk and Terrier School is not responsible for any injury to yourself or your dog that occurs while training is taking place.
